About Marketool
Social posts and videos for lettings and sales agencies, straight from your listings.
Marketool turns an agency's listings into things it can post. Pick a property, pick a design, and you have a banner in your own colours, ready for Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn. Pick a few photos and you have a slideshow video with music.
It's built for small and medium agencies that don't have a designer on hand and don't want to learn design software to announce a new instruction or a sale.
What it does
- Six banner designs at four sizes, exported from your browser as images.
- Square and vertical slideshow videos from a listing's photos, with your own track or a sung jingle from your agency's ElevenLabs account.
- Listings pulled from your own XML feed or a BLM file over FTP.
- Your logo, colours and contact details on everything, set once.
- Ready-made captions, a posting schedule with reminders, and an email signature builder.
Every agency has its own account and sees only its own listings and work. What's new lists what has been released, and the sign-in page has a read-only demo if you'd like to look round first.
